Let's talk to local Japanese and visitors!
What is the Language Exchange?
Language Exchange is one of the groups for socializing. This regular meetup is for foreigners who want to speak in Japanese and Japanese who want to speak in English. This is good for the people who want to meet new friends and try talking in second language. You can find many kinds of language exchange meetups in other countries, not only for Japanese and English, Spanish, French, Mandarin...and so on. However, there has been no groups in Nagano. That's why we create this meetup group.
What we do...
Firstly, we make several group of 4. There are 15min English time, 15min Japanese time.
Secondly, regroup and switch members and back to the first phase.
English speakers do not have to teach Japanese participants.
We expect Japanese and English speakers talk as just a friend.
The event time is usually 2 hours, so we regroup about 3 times.
How to participate...
Feel free to come and join the meetup. Only 200 yen of entry fee, no application forms. You can come and leave anytime while the event time.
*Attention
We rent the cafe space, so purchasing drinks or foods at the cafe is required.
**Making a group of Japanese and English speakers is basically random. English speaker is not must be included in each group. It depends on how many people would come on that day. We can't guarantee about it. Thank you for understanding.
